tiffin

We aim to move towards a sustainable and green future by reviving a treasured past, by using the humble tiffin to confound the mighty plastic. As a nation, our consumption of plastic is astounding. Every Singaporean uses 1 plastic item a day, which adds up to 1.78 billion per year. There is an urgent need to reduce our reliance on plastic. To do this, we have decided to start with something close to Singaporeans' heart - FOOD. We use plastic containers for our food take out. In our recent lock down, contactless food deliveries have soared and so did the usage of plastic containers and bags. As we step into the New Normal, we hope to change people's mind in the alternative use of tiffin and to recycle plastic. Make a change. Watch this space for our campaign - The Tiffin Factory.
