This campaign was created to help raised funds and awareness for Dementia Singapore. It is to enable them to continue with the necessary care which they are providing to people with Dementia.

 

By doing this, we want to raise awareness and educate the general public on Dementia and mental health, on those who are living with this condition and their care givers.
