DO GOOD, SEND LOVE

Do Good, Send Love is a campaign created in the height of the COVID 19, where there is a shortage of food in certain quarters of our society. Our campaign seeks to answer one basic need – food. In collaboration with JR Foods for Chef In Box, we reach out to our wide networks of friends, colleagues, business associates and families and over a span of 9 months, raised over $100,000, send out 20,000 meals and helped over 12,000 individuals. Our campaign was covered by major media networks in Singapore and garnered the support of community and government.

Dear Germaine and Lily,

My Central Singapore CDC and I would like to THANK YOU and your wonderful team from ELPIS @ Hideout for partnering us on 'Do Good. Send Love' Campaign with JR Foods and Singapore Rugby Union. Together, with the support of more than 100 volunteers, we have distributed close to 6,000 frozen meals to 1,500 rental units and rough sleepers in Central Singapore District from 5 to 7 August 2020.  These frozen meals are a fresh change and our residents are delighted by the National Day treat amidst this challenging period. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve together. Thank you once again for your heartfelt efforts for our communities!
